How to download and buy PilotEdit?
Before you buy PilotEdit, please download it from http://www.pilotedit.com and try it. You may try PilotEdit for 30 days without a serial number.

If you are satisfied with the performance of PilotEdit, please go to http://www.regnow.com to buy a license for your machine.

To buy your serial numbers, you must register your computer IDs in http://www.regnow.com or send them to support@pilotedit.com. The computer ID is generated from the first hard disk ID of the physical machine.
You may get you computer ID by selecting PilotEdit menu “Configure --> View computer ID and serial number”.

How long will it take to receive my serial number?
After you buy PilotEdit in http://www.regnow.com, you will be able to receive your serial numbers from support@pilotedit.com within two days.
If you fail to receive your serial number in two days, please send your order ID and computer IDs to support@pilotedit.com.

Is my serial number reusable?
You may re-use your serial number in the following conditions since the first hard disk ID will not be changed:
1. Re-install you windows OS.
2. Install multiple Windows systems on one machine.

You can't re-use your serial number in the following conditions since the first hard disk ID may have been changed:
1. Install PilotEdit to another physical machine
2. Change the first hard disk
